From Idea to Vision

How to Take Care of Your Flower is an original work that from early design meetings, knew wanted lighting to have a strong presence throughout the show.

After my initial readthrough of the script, I knew that my vision for this show revolved around shadows, warmth, and coolness, reflecting the feeling of connection or disconnection of the main character.

___

For this show I had a limited crew of about 6 hands for hand and a rolling crew of 1-3 hands, including myself during a 6 hour focus call

Plot

Not only was this the first plot I drafted after being trained in Vectorworks drafting, but this is also the first show where I started working within Augment3d on EOS.  Because of this, Not only did I draft lighting but I also built the venue from the ground up in the 3D environment
